Staff at All Nations

Rev. Michael Lee - Lead Pastor   Originally from Atlanta, Michael came out to L.A. to attend the University of Southern California, majoring in philosophy. After USC, he attended Talbot Theological Seminary and received his Masters of Divinity. Michael came to All Nations as the Executive Pastor in 2014 and became the Lead Pastor in the spring of 2017. Michael also serves as a council member and the executive director of the SOLA Network. He is a huge USC Trojan football fan, avid golfer, and donut aficionado. He and his wife, Alice, reside in Pasadena with their son Seth and beloved dog, Piper.

Rev. David Chong - Associate Pastor   David oversees the missions and single adult ministries at All Nations. He is originally from the Pacific Northwest and a proud graduate of the University of Washington. He is also a graduate of Talbot School of Theology with a Masters of Divinity. Before coming to All Nations, David served as a college pastor in Cerritos for five years and staffed with a campus ministry called KCM. He loves Seattle Seahawks football, cooking, and plays every sport with a ball. He and his wife, Jane, reside in Pasadena with their beautiful children Deacon, Devyn, and Dylan.

Rev. Paul Shim - Associate Pastor   Paul is the pastor of community life and college at All Nations. Although he was born in LA, he is a Midwesterner at heart, having grown up in Michigan. He is a graduate of both Calvin College and Calvin seminary where he received his Masters of Divinity and Masters of Arts in Education and Pastoral Care. Before coming to All Nations he served in Houston, San Diego, Stockton and Grand Rapids. He enjoys photography, sports, good coffee & food, and witty banter. Paul is a persevering fan of the Detroit Lions. He and his wife, Charlene, reside in Granda Hills.

David Lee - Worship Director   David oversees our worship & media team ministries. He is a native of southern California and a graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a degree in music. He is also a graduate of the School of Audio Engineering in Los Angeles and works as a professional musician. Before coming to All Nations, he served as a worship director in Diamond Bar, CA. When he’s not doing something related to music, he enjoys a good meal, a good cup of coffee, and great company. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Jean and they reside in Pasadena with their son Asaph.

She resides in Van Nuys with her husband, Jason, and their two daughters Eva and Abby.

OUR LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
