“But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.” Romans 7:6

  • Purpose: To create a welcoming environment for visitors and regular attendees to worship and connect with others.

    Roles:
    - Welcoming: 2-4 people needed
    To welcome and usher Sunday attendees, to set up and break down post-worship refreshments.

    - Refreshment: 1 person needed
    To purchase and deliver snacks for post-worship refreshments once a month (reimbursement provided).

  • Purpose: To provide a space and opportunity for members to connect and share over coffee (or tea). To be an extension of hospitality for our church.

    Roles:
    - Barista: 1 person needed
    To help with the set-up, take-down, and operation of the coffee bar.

  • Purpose: To usher people into God’s presence.

    Roles:
    - Electric guitarist: 2 people needed
    - Vocalists: 2 female, 1 male needed
    - Bassist: 1 person needed
    - Drummer: 1 person needed
    - Brass instrument players: As many as possible

  • Purpose: To usher people into God’s presence.

    Roles:
    - Camera and Lights Operator, Slides Presentation, Audio Mixing: 2 people needed

  • Purpose: To welcome the congregation to our church campus and safely guide pedestrians and traffic in the back parking lot before service.

    Roles:
    - Parking attendant: 6 people needed
    To help with welcoming and guiding pedestrians and cars.

  • Purpose: To support the staff and ministry leaders in the covenant nurture of our children.

    Roles:
    - Teachers
    - Teacher’s assistants
    - Substitute teachers
    - AWANA leaders & helpers
    - Special event volunteers (VBS, FamJam, etc.)
    *all roles need as many as possible

  • Purpose: To lead weekly small groups after Sunday Service and work together with the ministry leaders to be a faithful, respectable teacher to the students.

    Roles:
    - Small group leaders: As many as possible needed
    To lead a small group meeting after Sunday Service and provide spiritual guidance to students.

  • Purpose: To expose and educate the church to the need for the Mission, to equip them for the Mission, and to empower them on the Mission.

    Roles:
    - Missionary Care team members: 21 people needed (7 teams of 3 people for each existing missions partner)
    To pray, communicate, and gather. NK Missions, Philippines, Taiwan, SE Asia. Making it Happen, Hope Gardens, Deed And Truth.

    - Mission Ministry Member: 5 people needed
    Individuals with gifts of executing, strategic thinking, influencing, and relationship building to fulfill the vision of gospel centered witness.

  • Purpose: To share about different members of our community in order to encourage personal connection. To help listeners feel included in personal conversations about faith.

    Roles:
    - Guests: As many as possible needed
    To be a guest on an episode.

    - Hosts: 2 people needed
    To prepare topic and connecting questions, guide conversations during recording, complete and send timestamps to audio editor and promo timestamp to video editor.

    - Producer: 2 people needed
    To record the episode, judge audio and content quality

    - Videographer: 1 person needed
    To record video during episode, cut and edit promo video based on timestamp

    - Editor: 2 people needed
    To cut and edit audio based on timestamps.

    - Social media: 1 person needed
    To make the instagram and facebook written and visual copy, upload the promo on instagram and facebook.

  • Purpose: To prepare the gathering space for Sunday worship (*this is a paid position).

    Roles:
    - Crew Members: Currently Full
    Set up and Break down equipment for Sunday worship and other church wide events.

  • Purpose: To help our members grow in their relationship with God and one another through fellowship.

    Roles:
    - Leader: 16-20 people needed
    To coordinate and lead CG gatherings.

    - Host: As many as possible
    To host CG’s in their homes.
