Rev. Michael Lee
Lead Pastor
Originally from Atlanta, Michael came out to L.A. to attend the University of Southern California, majoring in Philosophy. After USC, he attended Talbot Theological Seminary and received his Masters of Divinity. Michael came to All Nations as the Executive Pastor in 2014 and became the Lead Pastor in the spring of 2017. Michael also serves as a council member and the Executive Director of the SOLA Network. He is a huge USC Trojan football fan, avid golfer, and donut aficionado. He and his wife, Alice, reside in Arcadia with their two children, Seth & Brooke.

Rev. Howard Kim
Executive Pastor
After having spent most of his life in Orange County, Howard received his call to move to North L.A. and serve at All Nations. He is a graduate of BIOLA University (B.S) and Gateway Seminary (M.Div). Prior to serving at All Nations, Howard served as a youth pastor for five years and a lead pastor of a college and young adult ministry for ten years. His passion is preaching the gospel and seeing lives saved and transformed by its power. Howard’s hobbies include golfing, cycling, going to Dodger games, and learning all things coffee.

Rev. Solomon Yang
Family Life & Discipleship Pastor
As pastor of family life and discipleship, Solomon seeks to apply the whole counsel of God's word to all of life so that God's people in all stages of life can grow as disciples of Christ. Ordained in the PCA, he has been in pastoral ministry for over 25 years serving as youth pastor, college pastor, EM pastor, and lead pastor. Prior to joining ANCC, he served as a church planter. He received his B.A. from UCLA and his M. Div. from Westminster Seminary in California. He and his wife, Sun, have four "adult" children who are their pride and joy. In addition to ministry, Solomon enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, watching movies, and rooting for his beloved Bruins. -
Rev. Isaac Seong
Single Adults & Connections Pastor
Isaac was born in New York but spent most of his early childhood in Korea. He moved to the San Fernando Valley and grew up there until he left for college at UC Berkeley (Business Administration). After moving back to the San Fernando Valley in 2012, he attended Fuller Theological Seminary (M.Div) and served as a youth pastor for 10 years. Isaac enjoys walking with people as they navigate through life and faith, and is passionate about making disciples of Jesus Christ. His hobbies include working out, playing sports, and going on late-night Denny's runs for zesty nachos. He and his wife, Connie, live in Porter Ranch and have three kids, Micah, Brayden and Nora.

Joshua Lee
Missions and Operations Director
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Joshua moved to Los Angeles in 2015. He received his BA in Business as Missions from Hope International University and received his Master’s degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. Growing up as a missionary’s kid, he has grown to love traveling and serving in whichever way God leads him. In his free time, he enjoys music, coffee, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife, Hee Sun.

Tritia Choi
Administrative Director
Born and raised in the Greater Los Angeles area, Tritia grew up attending All Nations since 2002. Before joining the staff at All Nations, she spent years in the classroom as an elementary school teacher where she taught 1st and 3rd grade. In her spare time, Tritia enjoys playing tennis and spending time at coffee shops or at brunch with friends. Tritia and her husband, Alvin, live in the Santa Clarita Valley with their daughter, Avery.

Matt Sung
College Director
Matt was born and raised in Los Angeles and has been attending All Nations all his life. He attended Cal State University of Northridge (CSUN), majoring in Philosophy and is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity at Talbot Theological Seminary. Before joining the All Nations staff, Matt served as a youth intern for 2 years and a youth pastor for another 2 years. His passion is to connect with the next generation of believers, mentoring them and witnessing the Gospel bring transformation in their lives. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching football, going out for coffee, and occasionally playing a game of League of Legends.

Hannie Lee
Women's Ministry & Care Coordinator
Hannie was born in Korea and raised in southern California. She is a graduate of UCLA and Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University. Hannie is a licensed clinical psychologist whose career has involved working with children who have developmental delays. She has also taught psychology courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Hannie and her husband, Jason, have two children, Olivia and Luke. As a staff member at ANCC, Hannie hopes to foster a culture of care where believers walk alongside one another and point one another to Christ. In her free time, she enjoys watching Korean dramas and trying coffee at new cafes.
